2.Q : When can I receive package after payment ？
A：Standard service takes about 16-35 business days. Expedited Service takes about 3-15 business days. Depends on destination and objective factor. It may take more times up to 35-90 days
3.Q : I still have not received the items after 35 days ,what should I do？
A : International shipping needs more time ,please wait a few days until the 60th,if you still do not receive the package ,please contact us, we provide full refund without excuse.
4.Q : I receive the item in broken, what should I do ?
A : Every item is well inspected before shipping, though we packed well it still can not be avoid because of rough handing by shipping worker. In this case please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken and offer us the picture, we will refund you or resend to you.
5.Q : What I received is different from picture, what is happened?
A : We have many many orders each day, sometime we will make this mistakes. So here very sorry to give you trouble. But also contact us freely, we will resend it right away without any excuse. Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
